Wilmer Ray Delk, 87 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky. He was born Friday, January 22, 1926 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, the son of the late Everett Delk and the late Ethel White Delk. He was the husband of Delores Edwards Delk, who survives. He was a laborer for Nelson Company of KY. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Lewisburg Church Of Christ. Surviving are daughters, Carolyn Costelow of Russellville, KY and Sharon Brown (Bobby) of Sharon Grove, KY; sister. Sue Penrod of Lewisburg, KY; 3 grand children, Steven Costelow (Lisa) of Russellville, KY, Patrick Costelow (Teresa) of Russellville, KY, and Derek Brown (Heather) of Elkton, KY; and 3 great grand children, Taylor Costelow, Kayla Costelow, and Autumn Costelow, all of Russellville, KY. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Mr. Pat Kerstiens and Mr. Jerry Crunk officiating. The family chose cremation following the service, and the ashes will be buried at Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 7, 2013, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
