Willie Marie Dotson

Willie Marie Dotson, 89 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Monday, March 29, 2021, at her home in Lewisburg, Kentucky. Born Sunday, November 8, 1931 in Russellville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Bennison and the late Clara Whitaker Bennison. She was a retired push press operator at Rockwell, where she worked for 37 years. Later, she was a hostess at Colonial Inn in Russellville and Cracker Barrel in Franklin, KY. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Russellville and was also a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the American Legion. Surviving are daughter, Susan Blakley of Russellville, KY, brothers, Bobby Bennison of Russellville, KY and Donald Bennison of Russellville, KY, sisters, Faye Baker of Columbia, KY and Joyce Duck of Russellville, KY; 5 grand children; 11 great grand children; several great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lillian Yates; a sister, Clara Louis Zaborowski; and a brother, Kenneth Bennison. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. John Posey officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Russellville, KY. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky. Due to current mandates set forth by the Governor of Kentucky, there is an occupancy limit of 75 inside the funeral home facility, not including funeral home staff or officiating clergy. It is also required that a mask be correctly worn at all times while inside the facility.
