William "Bill" Ralph Francis

William "Bill" Ralph Francis, 71 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Monday, June 4, 2018, at the Hospice House of Southern KY in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Sunday, May 11, 1947, the son of the late Roy Francis, Jr. and the late Sarah Oliver Francis. He was a retired operator from Logan Aluminum. Prior to that he was retired from the US Army where he served as a 1SG from 1965 until 1985. He was a highly decorated Veteran of Vietnam. He was predeceased by daughter, Brittany Francis and his partner of 25 years, Deanna Hanley Cremation was chosen with no services per his request.
