Tony Lynn Schultz, 53 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Friday, August 19, 2011, at Hospice Center of Southern Ky. in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Tuesday, December 10, 1957 in East Chicago, Indiana, he was the son of the late Harold Schultz and the late Betty Ashby Schultz. He was the husband of Vanessa Schultz who survives. He was a truck driver. He served in the Army, National Guards. He was a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church. Surviving are son, Dustin Schultz of Lewisburg, KY, daughters, Amanda Schultz of Russellville, KY, Taylor Schultz of Lewisburg, KY and Kendra Schultz of Lewisburg, KY, brother, Larry Schultz of Dawson Springs, KY, sister, Madonna Kay Ammons of Aurora, KY; 2 grand children; Nicholas Schultz and Victoria Shutts both of Lewisburg, KY. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, August 22, 2011 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256.
