Thurmon Rhea Borders, 85 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky. He was born Tuesday, March 9, 1926 in Todd County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Cecil Borders and the late Leola Crowder Borders. He was the husband of Marvine Meador Borders who survives. He was a farmer and also in his younger years worked for the State Highway Department. He was a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church. Surviving are son, Freddie Borders of Lewisburg, KY, daughters, Frieda Pitchford of Paris, IL and Connie Williams of Lewisburg, KY; 5 grand children; 10 great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, October 14, 2011, and on Saturday, October 15, 2011, beginning at 8:00 AM at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
