Teresa Posey, 62 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born Monday, October 1, 1956 in Russellville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Nick Gipson and Alma Fagg. She was the wife of John Posey, who survives. She was employed by Murray Guard at Logan Aluminum and was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Also surviving are sons, Brian Montgomery of Auburn, KY and J.R. Posey of Gulfport, MS; daughters, Rhonda Bunton of Russellville, KY, Amber Baker of Russellville, KY and Tami Posey of Lewisburg, KY; brothers, Butch Gipson of Morgantown, KY and Mike Gipson of Auburn, KY; sisters, Louisa Gipson of Franklin, KY and Julie Green of Franklin, KY; grandchildren, Sierra Oliver of Lewisburg, KY, Austin Jackson of Lewisburg, KY, Hannah Montgomery of Russellville, KY, Jaxon Montgomery of Russellville, KY, Michael Young of Auburn, KY, Patrick Young of Gulfport, MS; several great grandchildren. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Sam Romines officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Claymour, KY. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the time of the service on Friday, July 5, 2019, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
