Stanley "Pete" Reid Goodman, 67 of the Wooldridge Rd. Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Tuesday, March 24, 2009, DOA to Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky. He was born Tuesday, August 26, 1941 in Butler Co., Kentucky, the son of the late Paul Douglas Goodman and the late Gladys Lois Forgy Goodman. He was the husband of Marie Gibson Goodman, of Lewisburg who survives. He was employed by Emerson Electric, was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and a long time President of Coonrange Fish & Game Club Lewisburg, KY. Surviving are son, Greg Goodman of Lewisburg, KY, daughter, Sherry Harris of Lewisburg, KY, brother, Douglas Wayne Goodman of Whites Creek, TN, sisters, Rheta Johnson of Hendersonville, TN and Norma Divinny of Hendersonville, TN; 2 grand children; Nick Goodman of Lewisburg, KY and Marah Harris of Lewisburg, KY. He was predeceased by brothers, Dennis Goodman and Jackie Goodman. A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Gary Oberhausen officiating. Interment will be in Rock Springs Cemetery, Butler Co., KY.
