Sarah Elizabeth Southerland

Sarah Elizabeth Southerland, 81 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at Creekwood Place in Russellville, Kentucky. She was born Saturday, September 24, 1938 in Quality, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Theron Forgy and the late Thelma Givens. She was the wife of the late Clayborn Southerland. She was an accountant at Williams, Walker, and Horton CPA and was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Michael Southerland (Connie) of Russellville, KY, Robert Southerland of Bowling Green, KY, and Andy Southerland (Madge) of Louisville, KY, brothers, Reed Forgy of Quality, KY and Bill Forgy of Pontiac, MI; 4 grand children; 5 great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday at Post Oak Baptist Church located at 900 Bluegrass Ave Russellville, Kentucky 42276 with Bro. Nick Stamps and Sheldon Baugh officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Russellville, KY. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at Post Oak Baptist Church, 900 Bluegrass Ave, Russellville, Kentucky and on Friday from 8:00 AM until the time of the service.
