Sandra Kay Phelps, 56 of Elkton, Kentucky died on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. She was born Sunday, May 19, 1957 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of the late Ralph Vick and the late Mary Bratcher Vick. She was the wife of Daniel Phelps, who survives. She was a homemaker. Surviving are son, Scott Hildebrand of Elkton, KY, daughter, Naomi Robinson of Russellville, KY, 1 Brother, 4 Sisters; 6 grand children. She was predeceased by son, Brian Hildebrand. A Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday at Chandlers Chapel Cemetery located at Turner Rd. Auburn, Kentucky with David Watson and Vicki Watson officiating.
