Mrs. Sandra Abbott (Danforth) Hanner, age 68, of Lewisburg, KY., died Friday, November 5, 2004, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. following a vehicle accident in Todd Co., KY. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, The After Math Club and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed playing cards and scrabble. She was the daughter of the late Gordon Danforth and the late Dorothy Dodge (Creelman) Danforth. She is survived by her One Son, Mr. David Mitchell Hanner of Chicago, IL. One Sister, Mrs. Meredith Dodge Ryland of Wauwatosa, WI. One Brother, Mr. Gordon Allen Danforth of Little Rock, AR. Three Nieces, Mrs. Lisa Rawson of WI. Mrs. Elisabeth Ortega of Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Sarah Goings of Minneapolis, MN. Four Nephews, Mr. Mark Arveson of WI. Mr. Mike Danforth of IL. Mr. Mark Danforth of IL. Mr. Joshua Danforth of Little Rock, AR. She was preceded in death by a Sister Valerie Averson Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, KY., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, November 12, 2004. A Graveside Service and interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at 9:30 AM Saturday, November 13, 2004. A Service of Celebration will be held at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church at 11 AM Saturday, November 13, 2004. Rev. Joe Simmons officiating.
