Ronnie Kent Carneal, 57 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, Kentucky.
He was born Wednesday, July 27, 1966, the son of the late Tommy Carneal and Patricia Bell McGhee who survives.
He was a logger.
Also surviving are two daughters, Sonya Case of Lewisburg, KY and Courtney Byrum of Nortonville, KY; son, Tommy Carneal of Greenville, KY; two brothers, David Troy Carneal and Michael Todd Carneal both of Lewisburg, KY; granddaughter, Trinity Case of Lewisburg; three grandsons, Slatyn Case of Lewisburg, KY, Kadance Carneal of Greenville, KY and Sawyer Carneal of Greenville, KY.
The family has chosen cremation. Services will be held at a later date.
