Roberta Houchens, 96 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Monday, May 6, 2013, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky. She was born Tuesday, July 4, 1916 in Logan County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Henry Holman and the late Jessie McMillen Holman. She was the wife of the late Lamuel Houchens. She was a homemaker and a member of Center Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Loyd Houchens, Beverly Houchens, Donnie Houchens, Logan Houchens, Jr., Royce Houchens, Carlos Houchens, all of Russellville, KY and Joey Houchens of Elkton, KY, brother, James Holman of Russellville, KY, sisters, Mildred Jones of Russellville, KY, Cordelia Nash of Louisville, KY and Paretta Markham of Adams, TN; 13 grand children; 21 great grand children; 2 great great grand children; 2 step grand children; and 3 step great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Loyd Houchens and Rev. Donnie White officiating. Interment will be in Center Baptist Church Cemetery, Russellville, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
