Richard Allen Chase, 83 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Sunday, December 21, 2014, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky. He was born Wednesday, October 7, 1931 in Owensboro, Kentucky, the son of the late Otto Chase and the late Marie Pillman Chase. He was the husband of the late Betty Ellis Chase. He was a self employed landscaper and a member of Ebeneezer Baptist Church. He was also an Army Veteran of World War II. Surviving are son, Allen Chase of Reed, KY, daughters, Carla Sharp of Lewisburg, KY and Holly Chase of Lewisburg, KY; 4 grand children; 1 great grand child. A Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at McPherson Cemetery. Interment will be in McPherson Cemetery, Muhlenberg Co., KY. The family will receive friends from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
