Ray Harvey Head

Ray Harvey Head, 84 of Lewisburg, died Jan 1 2015 of natural causes at Creekwood Place in Russellville. He was born Sep 23 1930 in Logan County, to the Late Winn & Gertrude McIntosh Head. He attended Concord & Coopertown schools for 8 years He married the love of his life, Clara Jean Ellis, 29 Oct 1955 in Logan County. He was a farmer and retired from Emerson Electric after 28 years of service. He was a long time member of the United Pentecostal Church in Russellville. He loved God, his Church, his family and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife: Clara Jean Ellis Head of Lewisburg Two sons: Danny Ray Head of Russellville. David Keith (Debbie) Head of Adairville. One daughter: Pamela Kay Head of Lewisburg. Three grandsons: Marlon Conner (Melanie) of Lewisburg David Stallings (Andrea) of Russellville Brandon Woodward (Laura) of Grayson County Two Granddaughters, A.J. (Alan) Jones of Russellville Kristi (Chris) Richmond of Russellville Seven Great Grand Children: Gabriel Stallings of Morgantown Keeton, Cougar, and T.J. Conner of Lewisburg Brayden & Kason Richmond of Russellville Annison Jones of Russellville Bryleigh Woodward of Grayson County Three Step Grandchildren: Amy (Daniel) Williams of Adairville Emily (Trevor) Christian of Lewisburg Lacey (Phillip) Holloway of Adairville Nine Step Great Grandchildren: Kaley & Colin Williams of Adairville Gracie, Regan, and Isaac Christian of Lewisburg Kenton, Landray and Jackson Holloway of Adairville Ashlynn Wetton of Lewisburg He was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Fay Head, 13 Jan 1962 The funeral service will be Saturday Jan 3 2015 at 2:00 pm at the United Pentecostal Church in Russellville with Bro.
