Ralph Smith, 94 of Quality, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky, Inc. in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
He was born in Oak Ridge, Butler County, KY on Saturday, April 5, 1930, the son of the late Mack Neely Smith and the late Flora Hunt Smith.
Ralph was a jack-of-all-trades. He drove a truck, worked construction, and was a farmer. Ralph wasn't afraid of work and did what was needed to provide for his family. He was also a dedicated member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon.
He was also a veteran, having honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. During his time in service, Ralph traveled to not only Korea, but also all over the United States, Greenland, and Japan.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 73 years, Doris Smith of Quality; two daughters, Carole Jean Skipworth of Allegre, Amy Lynn (Tom) Blancett of Lewisburg; son, David Stanley (Shirley) Smith of Russellville; two brothers, Donnie (Mildred) Smith of Lewisburg, Raymond (Sandra) Smith of Greeneville, TN;Â grandaughters, Cyndi (Michael) Wiles of Elkton, Allison (Josh) Bryson of Franklin, Kaitlyn Blancett of Quality; grandsons, Chris (Erica) Skipworth of Elkton, Craig (Amanda) Skipworth of Russellville, Caleb (Ellie) Blancett of Elkton; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Eldred "E.L." Smith, Dewey Smith, Wesley Smith, and Myron Smith; sisters, Alta Bates, Jessie Smith, and Pauline Smith; granddaughter, Leslie Grise; and son-in-law, Roger Skipworth.
A funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green Street, Lewisburg, KY 42256; with Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service on Sunday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.

Chris Skipworth, Craig Skipworth, Jarrett Wiles, John-Michael Wiles, Tommy Blancett, and Caleb Blancett
