Phillip Dawson Smith, 54 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at his Residence in Lewisburg, Kentucky. He was born Wednesday, October 23, 1957 in Springfield, Massachusetts, He was the son of Dawson Smith, of Lewisburg, who survives and the late Linda Penrod Smith. He was employed by Boilermakers Local 40 as a Welder. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and a Member of Lewisburg Masonic Lodge. Surviving are son, Tyler Smith of Bardstown, KY, daughters, Philia Smith-Howard of Bardstown, KY and Mikayla Everly of Central City, KY, granddaughters, Mina Smith and Lamia Smith, both of Bardstown, KY. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, December, 16, 2011 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Joe Simmons officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Central City, KY. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM Friday, December 16, 2011, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
