Patricia Faye Whitaker Thom, 76 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at TriStar SkyLine Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born Thursday, May 24, 1945, in Lewisburg, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Jesse Whitaker and the late Katherine Lyons Whitaker. She was the wife of the late James Thom. She was employed by Security Plus Credit Union and was a member of Oak Forrest Baptist Church. Surviving are daughter, Angela Thacker-(Al) of Franklin, KY; stepson, Mark Thom-(Melanie) of West Lafayette, IN; brother, Gary Whitaker-(Holly) of White Plains, KY; sisters, Geri Stinson-(Dan) of Henderson, KY, Dody Skipworth of Henderson, KY and Barbara Womack-(Terry) of Henderson, KY; grandchildren, Leslie Thacker, Brent Thacker, and Kristin Thacker Andrews. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Oak Forest Baptist Church located at Hwy 431 N Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Calvin Bond and Bro. Willard Slaughter officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Russellville, KY. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Oak Forest Baptist Church, Hwy 431 N, Lewisburg, Kentucky.
