Naomi Louise Harper

Naomi Louise Harper, 84 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Creekwood Place in Russellville, Kentucky. She was born Tuesday, March 19, 1929 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of the late Leonard Johnson and the late Geneva (Hinton) Crafton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jewel Neal Harper. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Forrest Baptist Church. Mrs. Harper had battled Leukemia for the past 15 years. Surviving are sons, Byron Harper of Rosewood, KY and David Harper of Venice, FL, daughter, Barbara Whitescarver of Lewisburg, KY, brother, Ray Crafton of Belton, KY, sisters, Rozella Gibson of Medina, TN and Kay Kelley of Russellville, KY; 5 grand children; 8 great grand children. She was predeceased by daughter, Jo Ann Pearson. A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. John Major officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 6:00 PM on Monday, May 20, 2013, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
