Mitchell Wayne Smith, 51 of Louisville, Kentucky died on Friday, December 1, 2017, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born Wednesday, March 16, 1966 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, the son of the late Noble Smith and the late Ava Crafton Smith. Surviving is sister, Carolyn Sitz of Hopkinsville, KY. He was predeceased by sister, Janice Marie Smith. A Funeral service will be at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Larry Dale Combs officiating. Interment will be in Wiley's Chapel Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until time of the service on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
