Minnie Johnson, 91 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at her home in Lewisburg, KY.
She was born Saturday, April 11, 1931, the daughter of the late Jim Penrod and the late Mae Coleman Penrod. She was the wife of the late Russell Johnson, Sr.
She was a grocery store and deli cashier and a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church.
Surviving are Three Daughters, Dorothy Shephard of Lewisburg, KY, Lucille Whitesel of AZ, Carol Kerns of Campbellstown, OH; Two Sons, Russell Johnson, Jr. of Lewisburg, KY, William Ray Johnson of Palm Springs, CA; Sister, Beverly Harris of Lewisburg, KY; Brother, James Penrod of Lewisburg, KY; Sixteen Grandchildren; Several Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, and Nieces and Nephews.
She was predeceased by Sisters Margie Hilton and Doris Jean Whitmore.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg; with Bro. Jonathon Hadden and Bro. Glen Harper officiating. Interment will be in Fitzhugh Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of the service on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.
