Mildred Marie Jenkins, 81 of Pearl Street, Auburn, Kentucky died on Friday, June 3, 2011, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Friday, May 9, 1930 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, the daughter of the late William Langford Ellis and the late Lena Mae White Ellis. She was the wife of the late Irvin Jenkins. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Baptist Church, Russellville, KY. Surviving are son, Steve Jenkins of Auburn, KY, daughters, Linda Gibson of Russellville, KY, Mariecia Harper of Lewisburg, KY and Rita Lyn Harper of Russellville, KY, brother, Alvin Terry Ellis of Lakeland, FL, sister, Clara Jean Head of Lewisburg, KY; 9 grand children; 7 great grand children. A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Dr. Ron Wells and Dr. Lloyd Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Russellville, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 5, 2011, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
