Mildred Elizabeth Dorris, 96 of Dunmor, Kentucky died Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Greenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Wednesday, May 19, 1920 in Dunmor, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late James Simmons and the late Henrietta Kennerly Simmons. She was the wife of the late James Dorris. She was a seamstress at Red Kap Industries and a member of Dunmor Baptist Church. Surviving are daughter, Joetta Dempsey of Bowling Green, KY; 2 grand children, John and Jeff Dempsey of Bowling Green, KY; 4 great grand children. Also, two special families are the Gary Gibson Family and the Dwight Obenchain Family. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Jeremy Whitney officiating. Interment will be in Dunmor Cemetery, Dunmor, KY.
