Metta Doris Piercey

Mrs. Metta Doris (Harper) Piercey, age 87, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Friday, January 2, 2004, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. Mrs. Piercey was a homemaker and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. . She was the daughter of the late Herbert Harper and the late Eddith (Hunt) Harper. She is also survived by her Daughter-In-Law-Mrs. Rosemary Piercey of Kensington, Md. Son-Mr. Gerald Piercey of Kensington, Md. Brother-Mr. Herbert Harper of Evansville, Ind. Two grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, January 4, 2004. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Monday, January 5, 2004 , Rev. Ronnie Forrest Dr. Lloyd Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Mt.
