Melvin Lee White, 68 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Tuesday, May 13, 1947 in Deerlick, Kentucky, the son of the late Johnny White and the late Lillie Lyons White. He was the husband of the late Christine Armstrong White. He was a service attendant for Mansfield's Car Lot and a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church. Surviving are brother, Oscar White -(Joyce) of Centerville, OH, sisters, Myrtle Pogue of Lewisburg, KY, Evelyn Olinger of Avon, IN, Betty Joines of Marion, IN, Jean Morrow - (Ray) of Greenwood, IN and Lillie Mae Walton -(Carl) of Indianapolis, IN, sister-in-law, Fada Mae White of Dunmor, KY, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Ed White, Willie White, and Elmer White, and sisters, Viola Lyons and Margie Farmer. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. David Morgan officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, March 14, 2016, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
