She was born Monday, February 21, 1921 in Logan Co,, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Pirk Brown and the late Mary Williams Brown. She was the wife of the late Warren Russell Whitson. She was a housewife and a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church. Surviving are son, George Warren Whitson - (Beverly) of Lewisburg, KY; 3 grand children; Julie Ellis - (Brian) of Memphism TN, Ginger Hammock - (Charley) of Smiths Grove, KY and Gregory Warren Whitson - (Wendy) of Lewisburg, KY.; 6 great grand children; Gabbi Ezell and Tyler Hammock both of Bowling Green, KY, Gracey Hammock of Smiths Grove, KY, Mallory and Warren Michael Whitson of Lewisburg, KY and Finley Ellis of Memphis, TN, Sister-In-Laws; Oma Nell England of Clarksville, TN and Martine Brown of Russellville, KY. A funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Keith Hildabrand officiating. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Sunday, November 16, 2014, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
