Martha Elizabeth Wright

Martha Elizabeth Wright, 77 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Wednesday, July 24, 1940 in Lewisburg, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Elbert Clay Coursey and the late Eva Whitson Coursey. She was employed by the Logan County Board of Education and a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and secretary. She was also active with the Lewisburg Books to Go Library and the Spa Homemakers. Surviving are daughters, Melissa Allen-(Bob) of Russellville, KY and Melanie Hughes - (Chris) of Russellville, KY, brother, Danny Coursey of Lewisburg, KY; 7 grand children; 1 great grand child. A Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Tuesday at Elk Lick Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Hanson officiating. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Elk Lick Baptist Church, Lewisburg, Kentucky.
