Maria Ann Lawson, 50 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Monday, June 29, 2015, at Intersection of Main St. and 68/80 Bypass in Russellville, Kentucky. She was born Wednesday, September 9, 1964 in Russellville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Audley Edward Wood and Virginia Williams Wood, who survives. She did accounting for Logan County Board of Education and was a member of Epley United Methodist Church. She was also Treasurer for Epley United Methodist Church and Treasurer for Relay For Life. Surviving are son, Corey Lawson of Russellville, KY, daughter, Heather Hawkins (Jordan) of Franklin, KY, brother, Jason Wood of Russellville, KY, sisters, Tracey Shifflett of Russellville, KY and Jessica Wood of Russellville, KY; 3 grand children, Mason Davis, Bryce Davis, and Anslee Hawkins, all of Franklin, KY. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Rev. Wayne Hunter officiating. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
