Margie May Joy Hendrix

Margie May Joy Hendrix, 83 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Saturday, April 30, 2011, at her home in Lewisburg, Kentucky. She was born Tuesday, April 3, 1928 in Logan County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Boyce Welborn and the late Emma Driskill Welborn. She was the wife of Austin Hendrix who survives. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Dunmor Baptist Church. Surviving are daughters, Mona Latham of Lewisburg, KY and Pamela Arnold of Bowling Green, KY, brother, Willis Welborn of Russellville, KY, sisters, Lucille Welborn of Texas and Nadine Goodman of Owensboro, KY; 8 grand children; 8 great grand children. She was predeceased by son, David Hendrix and granddaughter, Amanda Latham. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 2, 2011 at Pleasant Union General Baptist Church located at 5529 Deerlick Rd. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Chris Vaught and Rev. Rick Clark officiating. Interment will be in Hendrix Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, May 1, 2011, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
