Marecia Jean Skipworth

Marecia Jean Skipworth, 39 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at the University of Louisville Health Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

She was born Thursday, March 8, 1984, the daughter of the late Quinton Skipworth and the Barbara Skipworth, of Lewisburg, who survives.

She was a CNA at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab and a caregiver to her mother. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Bucksville.

Also surviving are Sister, Ashley Skipworth (Joe) of Lewisburg; Brother, Jay Skipworth (Brittany) of Russellville; two Adopted Sisters, Delaina Skipworth of Lewisburg, Lisa DeWeese of IN ; three Adopted Brothers, Kent LaGrone of Auburn, Jonathan Whitmon of Lewisburg, Joseph Whitmon of Lewisburg; Five Nieces, Jaycee Skipworth of Lewisburg, Raven Boggs of Russellville, Haley Boggs of Russellville, Paisley Boggs of Russellville, Lilah Boggs of Russellville; Two Nephews, Braydon Boggs, Jeremiah Boggs both of Russellville.

A Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg; with Bro. Jonathan Skipworth and Bro. Tony Blake officiating. Interment will be at Lewisburg Cemetery.

There will be a visitation on Monday, March 13, 2023 starting at 5:00 pm at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service on Tuesday.
