Lyndell O. Mcpherson

Lyndell O. McPherson, 88 of Bowling Green, Kentucky formerly of Lewisburg died on Friday, January 15, 2010, at the Colonial Manor in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Sunday, September 18, 1921 in Penrod, Kentucky, the son of the late Vernon McPherson and the late Ora Lyons McPherson. He was the husband of the late Clara Fillingham McPherson. He was a retired baker with the Kroger Baking Co., Indianapolis, IN. He was a Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Church Of Christ. Surviving are son, Jerry Lynn McPherson - (Penny) of Indianapolis, IN, step-daughter, Barbara Sowders of Indianapolis, IN, step-son, London Sams of Indianapolis, IN, brothers, Ernest McPherson - (Kathleen) of Bowling Green, KY and Bill McPherson of Lexington, KY, sister, Ilene "Pinky" Falcone - (Frank) of Bowling Green, KY, nieces;Maggie Whittington, Barbara Overstreet, Brenda Phillips, Kathie Majors, Janet Mills, Beverly Simmons and Sandy Nichols, nephews; Jerry McPherson, Gary McPherson, Lenn McPherson, Glenn McPherson, Randy McPherson, Ricky Falcone and Frank Falcone, several great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Jeremy Whitney officiating. Interment will be in McPherson Cemetery, Todd Co., KY. The family will receive friends after 3:00 PM on Monday, January 18, 2010, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
