Lois Myrle Mcelwain

Lois Myrle McElwain, 82 of Dunmor, Kentucky passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Greenville Nursing and Rehab in Greenville, Kentucky.
She was born Thursday, October 2, 1941, the daughter of the late Connie Hill and the late Artie Hogan Hill. She was the wife of the late Donald McElwain.
She was a nurses' aid at Belle Meade Nursing Home and a member of Drakesboro United Methodist Church. She was also active in the Fun Over 40 Club in Drakesboro.
Surviving are son, Daniel (Carla) McElwain of Dunmor, KY; two daughters, Pam Harrison (Penny Edwards) of Radcliff, KY, Karen (Robbie) Rabuck of Bellvue, NE; two stepsons, Jeff "Randy" (Linda) McElwain of Lawrenceburg, KY, Kevin (Beverly) McElwain of Lawrenceburg, KY; brother, Kenneth Hill of Drakesboro, KY; sister, Janice Stover of Drakesboro, KY; three granddaughters, Ashley Bryant of Lawrenceburg, KY, Megan McElwain of Lawrenceburg, KY, Kristen Dickerson of KY; five grandsons, Ben (Alexandra) McElwain of IL, Matt McElwain of Lexington, KY, Joshua McElwain of Dunmor, KY, Alex Kirtley of Radcliff, KY, Jacob Dickerson of Greenville, KY; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by sister, Sue Fleming and brother, Carl Glendall Hill.
A funeral service will be at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg; with Bro. Colton Brooks officiating. Interment will be in Wiley's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.
