She was born Thursday, March 9, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late William Miller and the late Patricia Cottrell Harper. She was a homemaker. Surviving are sister, Debbie Harper of Dunmor, KY; 2 grand children, Will and Braxton Kitchen of Central City and 7 half-sisters, Charlotte DeArmond of Russellville, KY, Bonnie Risen, Theresa French, Lisa Miller, Paula Riggs, Vickie Miller and Pam Miller all of Louisville, KY.
