She was born Thursday, May 8, 1913 in Auburn, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late George Woodward and the late Lena Clark Woodward. She was the wife of the late Herman Cox. She was a homemaker. She attended Plainview General Baptist Church. Surviving are daughter, Thelma Duncan - (Roger) of Auburn, KY; 1 grand daughter (Tammy Duncan). A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. David Youngblood, Bro. Hobart Eaton and Bro. Russ Chitwood officiating. Interment will be in Plainview Church Cemetery, Auburn, KY. The family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Monday, October 12, 2009, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
