Leoda Myra Wells

Leoda Myra Wells, 88 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Monday, December 24, 2012, at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Sunday, December 21, 1924 in Rochester, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Turner Barton and the late Aubrey Green Barton. She was also preceded in death by her late husband Thomas Wells. She was a homemaker and a member of Sharon Grove Baptist Church. Surviving are son, Troy Wells of Morgantown, KY, brother, Larry Barton of Russellville, KY, sister, Doris Wells of Lewisburg, KY; 2 grand children; Tara Anderson of Virginia Beach, Va and Douglas Wells of Abilene, TX, 5 great grand children, Hailey Anderson, Aiden Wells, Chloe Anderson, Kyndal Wells, and David Wells. She was predeceased by brother, Billy Barton. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at Green Ridge Baptist Church located at Highland Lick Road Russellville, Kentucky 42276. Interment will be in Greenridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 27, 2012, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
