She was born Wednesday, July 4, 1945 in Russellville, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Claude Forgy and the late Nell (Goodman) Forgy. She was the wife of the late Boone Hopkins. She was a homemaker. Surviving are sons, Scott Southerland of Lewisburg, KY and Kevin Southerland of Greenbrier, TN, daughter, Tobi Carnall of Russellville, KY, brother, Joe Forgy of Louisville, KY, sisters, Martha Blackford of Nashville, TN and Vivian Johnson of Nashville, TN; 4 grand children.
