Lena Luthell Penrod

Mrs. Lena Luthell (Sumner) Penrod, age 90, of Hymera, Ind., died Friday, September 9, 2005, at Sullivan Hospital in Sullivan, Ind. Mrs. Penrod was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was the daughter of the late Jesse Sumner and the late Oma (Gaston) Sumner. She was the wife of the late Avon Lee Penrod. She is survived by her Two Sons, Mr. Ernest Penrod of Hymera, Ind. Mr. Harris Lee Penrod of Lewisburg, Ky. One Sister, Mrs. Mary Ruth Miller of Murray, Ky. One Brother, Mr. Marvin Sumner of Russellville, Ky. Seven grandchildren Eleven great-grandchildren Two step great-grandchildren Three great-great grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, September 10, 2005. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home Inc. at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 11, 2005 , Rev. Glendel Harper officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Butler Co..
