Laura Leigh Bailey

Mrs. Laura Leigh (Shemwell) Bailey, age 82, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Sunday, December 17, 2006, at her sons home in Lewisburg. Mrs. Bailey was a housewife and a member of Crossroads Church. She was the daughter of the late Charles Shemwell and the late Violet (Burgess) Shemwell. She was the wife of the late Browder Bailey. She is survived by her One Son, Mr. Joe Bailey of Lewisburg, Ky. Four grandchildren, Robyn Skipworth of Russellville, Ky. Dena West of Louisville, Ky. Laura Gregory of Auburn, Ky. Ryan Bailey of Lewisburg, Ky. Four great-grandchildren, Jusitin Lee of Russellville, Ky. Jeryn Lee of Elizabethtown, Ky. Cooper Gregory of Auburn, Ky. Savannah West of Louisville, Ky. She was also preceded in death by a son, Ben Bailey. Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 5:00 PM Tuesday, December 19, 2006. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home Inc. at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 20, 2006 , Rev. Sam Romines officiating. Interment will be at Lewisburg Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ky.
