Kenneth Darrel Moore, 79 of Deerlick, Kentucky died on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Western State Nursing Home in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. He was born Friday, March 19, 1937 in Browder, Kentucky, the son of the late Charlie Loyd Moore and the late Hazel Carrie Whittinghill Moore. He was formerly employed by Hinton Lumber Co.. He was a member of Pleasant Union General Baptist Church. Surviving are brothers, Loyd Moore - (Linda) of Belton, KY and Robert (Bob) W. Moore - (Betty) of Lewisburg, KY.; nieces: Melanie Moore of Nashville, TN, Cheryl Taylor of Russellville, KY, Sharon Sue Willis-(John) of Clarksville, TN, Tammy Hall-(Tim) of Auburn, KY, Mitzi McIntosh-(Bob) of Dayton, OH, Penny Saddler-(Steve) of Russellville, KY, Mary Roberts of Russellville, KY, Lisa Husk-(Dennis) of Hawesville, KY and Lena Reyes-(Auturo) of Louisville, KY; nephews: Greg Moore-(Daphne) of Madisonville, KY, Mitchell Moore-(Pam) of Lewisburg, KY, Charles Moore-(Hope) of Russellville, KY, Michael Moore-(Angie) of Mason OH, Donnie Moore of Pineapple, AL, Jeff Moore-(Phyllis) of Franklin, TN, Bobby Moore of St. Clairsville, OH, Jimmy Dunn of Edinburgh, IN, Jerry Crafton-(Sandy) Lewisburg, KY, Ralph Crafton-(Claudia) of Lewisburg, KY. He was predeceased by brothers, Raymond Moore, James Moore, Glen Moore and Dalton Moore, sisters, Catherine Crafton and Helen Davis. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Pleasant Union General Baptist Church located at 5529 Deerlick Rd. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Earl Reeves officiating.
