He was born on March 6, 1967 in Greenville, Kentucky, he was the son of Melvin Hendrix and Patsy Stanley Hendrix of Lewisburg, KY who survive. He was employed by Jack Hood Transport Co.. He served in the Navy. He was a Veteran of Gulf War. Surviving are sisters, Susan Hendrix of Greenville, KY and Sharon Warren of Graham, KY.; niece, Brittany Lyons of Lewisburg, KY.; grandmother Anna Mae Stanley of Greenville, KY. Preceded in death by grandparents, J.H. and Dorothy Hendrix, Carl Stanley. Memorial contributions can be made in the form of a donation to: AVM Foundation 2114 Londonberry Rd. Ann Arbor, MI 48104 A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Chad Duke officiating.
