Karon (Karo) Ashby

Karon (Karo) Ashby, 66 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Saturday, July 11, 2015, at his residence. He was born Sunday, August 29, 1948 in Russellville, Kentucky, the son of the late Buford Ashby and the late Rhoda Pogue Ashby. He was the husband of Barbara McKinney Ashby of Franklin, KY. He had been a welder at Bilt Rite in Russellville. Surviving are sons, Curtis Ashby -(Tammy) of Russellville, KY and Barry Ashby of Franklin, KY, daughters, Angela Ashby of Russellville, KY, Tina Ashby of Hopkinsville, KY, Tonya Ashby of Auburn, KY and Bridgette Hampton - (Brett) of Franklin, KY, brother, Clayton Ashby of Clarksville, TN; caregiver, Jackie Reynolds Pineda of Russellville, KY. 15 grand children; 12 great grand children. He was also preceded in death by a great grand son, Boyd Davin Young. A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Dickie Carter officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY.
