Junior F. Kitchen
August 23, 1949 — March 5, 2024
Junior F. "Joe" Kitchen, 74 of Central City, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Greenville Nursing and Rehab in Greenville, Kentucky.
He was born Friday, August 26, 1949, the son of the late Joseph A. Kitchen and Ersley Brown Kitchen.
He was a factory worker at Goodyear for 17 years and a member of Dunmor Baptist Church.
Joe honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps, was Chaplain of the Fraternal Order of Eagles- Chapter 3345, and was also a member of the American Legion Post 61.
Surviving are Brother, James "Tooter" Kitchen of Dunmor, KY; Two Grandsons, Braxton Kitchen of Morgantown, KY, Will Kitchen of Morgantown, KY.
He was predeceased by Son, Willie Kitchen, Brother, Frederick Kitchen.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg; with Bro. Stony Hildabrand officiating. Interment will be in Dunmor Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 6:00 pm on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. There will also be visitation from 11:00 am until the time of the service on Sunday.
