Juanita Pearl Elkins, 74 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Monday, July 1, 2019, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Tuesday, September 26, 1944 in Dunmor, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Dallas Joines and the late Ola Mayes Joines. She was the wife of Earl Elkins of Russellville, KY who survives. She was a homemaker. Surviving are daughter, Sandra Foster-(Michael) of Lewisburg, KY, 2 grand children, David Foster of Auburn and Kaitlyn Foster of Lewisburg, KY. brother, James Joines of Russellville, KY, sister, Martha Lear of Russellville, KY, and a step-brother, Freddie Jenkins of Lewisburg, KY. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Warren David Wright officiating. Interment will be in Cliff Hill Cemetery, Todd Co. , KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
