Joetta Smith, 78 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at her home in Russellville, Kentucky.
She was born Saturday, December 25, 1943 in Deerlick, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Loyd McElwain and the late Anna Wagoner McElwain. She was the wife of the late David Smith.
She was employed by Southern Hill in Springfield, TN and was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church in Clarksville, TN.
Surviving are daughters, Sherry Trawick-(Todd) of Russellville, KY, Tammy Bond-(Chris) of Russellville, KY and Jessica Palec-(Zachary) of Bellevue, NE; sisters, Shirley Willis-(Loyd) of Lewisburg, KY, Judy McElwain of Russellville, KY and Carolyn Page-(James) of Todd Co., KY; sister-in-law, Artie Smith of Springfield, TN; 8 grand children; 4 great grand children. She was preceded in death by her brother, Oliver Neal McElwain.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Pastor Corey Harrison and Rodney Skipworth officiating. Interment will be in Cliff Hill Cemetery, Todd Co. , KY.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until the time of the service on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
