Joel "Joe" Dean Hinton, 70 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Monday, August 12, 2013, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Tuesday, August 18, 1942 in Logan County, Kentucky, the son of the late Roy Hinton and the late Edith Shelton Hinton. He was a welder for Big Dutchman. He is preceded in death by sister, Nancy Hinton and brother, Paul Hinton. Surviving are son, Tony Hinton (Anna) of Apopka, FL, daughters, Melanie Penna (Luis) of Tampa, FL and Marilyn Harshman (Ken) of Apopka, FL, brother, Wayne Hinton of Russellville, KY, sister, Edna Sears of Lewisburg, KY, 3 nieces, Stephanie Weaver (Duane) of Franklin, KY, Elyse Brooks of Lewisburg, KY, and Nichole Bibb (Kevin) of Russellville, KY, 3 newphews, Chris Moore of Lewisburg, KY, Philip Hinton of Russellville, KY, and Lanny Hinton (Amy) of Lewisburg, KY, 13 great nieces and nephews, 1 great grand niece, 3 grand children, and 1 great grand child. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Bro. Richard Allen officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
