Joe Thomas Heltsley, 85 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at his residence. He was born Friday, March 23, 1928 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, the son of the late Herbert Chester Heltsley and the late Armindy Thompson Heltsley. He was the husband of Wynona Marie McGehee Heltsley, who survives. He was a welder/pipe fitter in construction and a member of Northside Church of Christ. Surviving are daughters, Glenneta Belcher of Somerset, KY, Elaine Logsdon of Lewisburg, KY and Theresa Smith of Lewisburg, KY, sister, May White of Medina, OH; 8 grand children; 13 great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Mr. Jim Belcher and Mr. Chris Kramer officiating. Interment will be in McPherson-Heltsley Cemetery, Muhlenberg County, KY. The family will receive friends after 5:00 PM on Friday, August 9, 2013, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
