Joe Kenneth Bailey

Joe Kenneth Bailey, 70 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Saturday, April 25, 2015, at TriStar SkyLine Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born Friday, April 20, 1945 in Greenville, Kentucky, the son of the late Browder Bailey and the late Laura Shemwell Bailey. He was the husband of Ann Shelton Bailey, who survives. He was a member of Lewisburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a school teacher/bus driver for Lewisburg School. He was also a member of Lewisburg Public Housing, Lewisburg Cemetery Board, Kentucky Colonel, and Pennyrile Counseling Committee. Surviving are son, Ryan Bailey - (Tabitha) of Lewisburg, KY, daughters, Dena West - (Brandon) of Elizabethtown, KY and Laura Gregory - (Jon) of Auburn, KY; 5 grand children, Savannah West and Colby West of Elizabethtown, KY, Cooper Gregory and Landon Gregory of Auburn, KY, and Jack Bailey of Lewisburg, KY. He was predeceased by daughter, Maricia Leigh Bailey and brother, Ben Bailey. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Sam Romines officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY.
