Jerry Wayne Shoemake, 48 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at his home in Lewisburg, Kentucky. He was born on Thursday, August 2, 1962 in Todd County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Harvey Shoemake and Virginia Travis Shoemake who survives. He was the husband of Shirley Covington Shoemake who survives. Surviving are brothers, Stevie Shoemake of Lewisburg, KY, Terry Shoemake of Lewisburg, KY, L. H. Shoemake of Cincinnati, OH and Billy Joe Shoemake of Louisville, KY, sisters, Kathy Sue Burchett of Russellville, KY, Betty Ashby of Russellville, KY, Amanda Shoemake, Lucy Roberts, Liz Carter of Russellville, KY and Brenda Williams of Russellville, KY., step-daughter, Sarah Lear of Dunmor, step-son, Joseph Lear of Dunmor. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 18, 2011 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Clifford Scarbrough officiating. Interment will be in Dunmor Cemetery, Dunmor, KY. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 17, 2011, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
