Jerry D. Forgy

Jerry D. Forgy, 79 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky.
He was born Tuesday, February 1, 1944, the son of the late Walton Fairbanks Forgy and the late Lurlean DeArmond Forgy. He was the husband of Donna Forgy of Lewisburg, who survives.
He was a carpenter and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Lewisburg. Jerry was an avid fisherman who loved his family.
Also surviving are Daughter, Janice A. Forgy of Lewisburg; Sister, Janice D. Forgy of Adairville; Brother, Vernice Forgy of Lewisburg; Grandson, Gabriel Forgy of Lewisburg; Granddaughter, Ilana Duncan of Russellville.
He was predeceased by Sisters, Mary Shackleford and Avis Jean Richmond.
The family will be having a graveside service on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 11:00 am at Lewisburg Cemetery.
