James Lee Purcell, 46 of Auburn, Kentucky died Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Decendent's Residence in Auburn, Kentucky. He was born Saturday, January 1, 1972 in Nashville, Tennessee, the son of the late James Purcell and the late Linda Hedgepath Purcell. He was the husband of Darlene Purcell, who survives. He was a truck driver. Also surviving are sons, Jerry Armstrong of Russellville, KY and Mikey Moore of Auburn, KY, daughters, Adrianne Purcell and Darla Jo Jackson of Nashville, TN, sisters, Dee Ann Purcell of Springfield, TN and Tracy Altum of Russellville, KY; 8 grand children; 1 great grand child; niece, Kristie Altum of Bowling Green, KY; nephews, Korrie Purcell of Russellville, KY and Kodie Dufresne of Greenbrier, TN. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Richard Allen officiating. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. Pallbearers include: Korrie Purcell, Kodie Dufresne, Mike Jr., Lanny Turner, Jim Hedgepath, and Glenn Bailey. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
