James Charles Stevenson

James Charles Stevenson, 81 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Sunday, February 9, 2014, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Monday, August 22, 1932 in Logan County, Kentucky, the son of the late Ocus Stevenson and the late Catherine Westray Stevenson. He was the husband of the late Margy Williams Stevenson. He was a manager for retail stores and a member of Northside Church of Christ. Surviving are daughters, Brenda Whittaker of Lewisburg, KY, Deborah Ann Rust of Russellville, KY and Pamela Robertson of Russellville, KY, sisters, Sarah Kay Johnson of Lewisburg, KY, Barbara Barnett of Tulsa, OK and Beverly Arnold of Russellville, KY; special care giver, Lisa Richardson of Russellville, KY; special friend, Mary Lee Field of Tucson, AZ; 7 grand children; 17 great grand children; 1 great great grand child He was predeceased by son, Kevin Stevenson. A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Mr. Danny Williams, Mr. Chris Kramer, and Mr. Patrick Kerstiens officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Russellville, KY. Cremation was chosen so the family has asked that Memorial contributions be sent to the Hospitality House 501 High St. Bowling Green, KY 42101.
